He contains a creepy amount of knowledge on the human psyche and is able to speak in a way where he can slowly destroy a person's dreams and loyalties and manipulate them into working for him. However, at the same time, he possesses an infuriating amount of patience and calmness, being cold, emtoionless and level-headed at all times, constantly thinking up different ways to approach people and different strategies while thinking of all the measures and counter-measures to everyone of his actions to remain completely in control of every situation.

a genuine-looking, dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the

directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

Description: Fujinaro will pound his knuckles together once and focus his chakra into either his left or right fist. He will then shoot out a punch and expel his chakra, causing a large chinese dragon made of fire to expel out of the fist and attack the enemy. This attack can be used for any range, though to get maximum effect, it would be best to do it at close range. The flames are hot enough to incinerate anything it hits.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into
fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame.
The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra
that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and
leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown
through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user. However, Sasuke and Itachi are seen doing this technique without making a ring over their mouth. According to Kakashi Hatake (in the anime Part II), the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was originally created by the Uchiha Clan, becoming one of their favorite moves with which they became very adept. The Uchiha Clan also uses the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Name: Fire Release - Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique

user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the
enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra,
so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult. Shuriken can be hid
within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Like the flames they can be controlled with chakra. For the most part,
however, this technique is used as a distraction.

This will effectively cblock out any light in the exact area Fujinaro is in, such as in the office of a kage, inside a cave, or a building. It is powerful enough to even block out sunlight. Eerie Shadows is what makes Fujinaro so formidable as because he has performed an experiment on his one good eye to allow his eyes to see in the darkness perfectly, which makes fighting him especially difficult. The Eeerie Shadows also amplifies sounds in a way where it seems like noises come from everywhere rather then from one individual spot. People have mistaken this technique for the Bringer-Of-Darkness Technique Genjutsu though it is actually a Ninjutsu.

If someone removes the mask-plate from the robot, they will see the real Fujinaro taunting and talking to them on a small screen screen. He can also detonate these things on a timer to make sure no one is able to use them like he can. Fujinaro only has enough chakra stores to use one of them, though.

Genjutsu, despite not being a jutsu at all.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move
short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer,
it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is
occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished
by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme
speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance
and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui
Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no
Shisui), likely referring to this technique. The Body Flicker Technique
has
various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which
involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra
element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the
opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body
Flicker, which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties
include the Mist Body Flicker, Water Body Flicker, and Leaf Body
Flicker.

Description:
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby
object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or
even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a
counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for
an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique. The
anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as
a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These
items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely
gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the
jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a
section of log is done in several places that have no such thing
anywhere nearby. This technique is sometimes referred to as the Art of
Projection in other manga and anime series.

This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra
control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to
the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using
one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak the user will lose
their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong the bark of
the tree will break and the user will fall.

This training method is used to gain better chakra control. It involves
emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the one's feet
and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This
technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice,
because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes
constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to
"skate" across the water surface, instead of walking or running. And as
noted by Jiraiya during episode 14 of the shipuuden series the more one
trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on
water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

(Sealing Techniques)

Name: Five Elements Seal

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this jutsu to tamper with the seal on the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. The original seal allowed the Nine-Tails' chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. When Orochimaru later notices that the seal has been removed, he remarks that there are very few ninja capable of doing so.

Name: Nerve Binding Seal

Description: Fujinaro will press his middle and indes fingers together on either of his hands. He will then focus his chakra into his fingers and jab them into his enemy's naval. This will cause a special seal to be planted on his enemy that will continuously send shockwaves through his enemey's nerves and spine, putting them into a state of paralysis. The only ways out of this technique is if someone removes it or if the holder sends enough of their chakra into the seal to overpower it and negate it, since the victim can still mold chakra.

Name: Seal of the Primal Rage

Description: Fujinaro will gather chakra into his thumb, his middle finger and his pinky finger. He will then jab the fingers into his target's left shoulder and send the chakra into their skin. This will cause the Seal of the Primal Rage to be placed on his enemy.

Name: Body Controlling Seal

Description: Fujinaro will place this seal on the exact middle of his target's body by gathering chakra into his palm and slapping them on the back. Whether they are alive or dead, placing this seal on them will allow Fujinaro to control the body as a puppet, controlling their mind and using thier abilities for himself.

Description: Fujinaro will put his hands into a triangular formation and strike his enemy in the middle of the stomach as he gathers chakra. This will place a triangular seal on his enemy which will drain his enemy's chakra until they have been killed or have pass out from chakra exhaustion.

Description: When Fujinaro feels his death is coming soon, he will plan ahead of time and create another cyborg body for himself and place this special seal on it after his memories, knowledge and chakra and all that are copied into it. Should he ever die when he places this seal on a chosen body, his soul will be pulled away and prevented from going to the after-life or to the Shinigami and instead be transferred into Fujinaro's new body.

Background Information:

Background: Fujinaro Hojo grew up in the Grass Village as an orphan. Growing up alone, he was never taught what was wrong and what was right, so he never set a limit for himself on how to achieve his goals. Growing up, he despised people with Kekkei Genkai's since he considered most of them to be arrogant and foolish and had originally planned on destroying all bloodlines. However, as he grew older, he started seeing how useful bloodlines could be to him. When he graduated from the Academy, he was placed on a Genin team though he never actually bothered getting to know them and barely even trained with them, considering them to be a waste of his time. He never actually planned on staying in the village so he never bothered to move up from the Genin rank. When he finally left the village, he stole a large number of scrolls, such as subjects on DNA, genetic traits, gene splicing and sealing techniques. He put all this research to good use as he made a lab for himself out of stolen materials and started making deals with Kage's and Daimyo's to help them find a way to create bloodlines and to also create more soldiers for them. He had many failed experiments though the first successful one was Maru Kaguya, whom he created through modifications on spliced genes and DNA in a test tube. He performed modifications on Maru to turn him into an instrument of destruction that would help him in his future plans to slowly assume control of the Shinobi Nations and eventually slowly take over the world. He one day placed a special seal he invented, known as the Seal of the Primal Rage on Maru, who was instantly taken over by the seal and slashed his face up with bone knuckle claws, blinding him in his right eye and giving him nasty scars on his face before he restrained him, knocked him out and placed him in his test tube. When he had set up a lab in Snow, he knew it was a matter of time before ANBU would discover him, even though it would be a few years before they did so, so he created a copy of his body that had some robotic features to replace him should he die, all his intelligence, personality, chakra core and jutsus, knowledge and other information being copied to the body. He also had a special seal in place that as soon as he was killed, his soul would instantly move over to the body. Luckily for him, when his body was hidden in a sealed room that was hidden when ANBU found his lab and executed him, not knowing that he already planned ahead for their arrival. When he finally awoke in his new body, he had found Maru had already been awoken and was taken away. At first, he was going to focus on finding Maru but he figured he would need some assistance in his plans later so he sought out aid. There was where he was given an offer to join the Akatsuki by another member named Irie Uchiha. After having a couple questions he had about the Akatsuki answered, he decided to accept the invitation, where he was taken to their base and give his uniform and such.

RP Sample: Maru happily walked through the crowded streets of Yukigakure, taking in the sites as he clutched his teddy bear tightly. However, he stopped in his tracks when he felt a familiar chill go down his spine, a chill he always got whenever his creator Fujinaro would look at him. He ran into a dark alleyway in the village, where he was cornered by a dark shadow that loomed over him. His whole body shaking, he slowly turned around to look up at a man wearing a silver armor that had yellow circles with a black S symbol on them, silver metal gloves, shoulder pads, leg-guards and boots along with a belt that contained numerous gadgets and had a half-black and half-orange mask on his face with one eyehole, for his left eye. He also had an Akatsuki cloak on. "It's been a long time....my Instrument of Destruction" the man said in an infuriatingly calm and patient yet cold tone as the one visible eye glared at him. "Fu-Fujinaro-Sama" squeaked Maru as he was grabbed by the hem of his shirt and pulled up so they were staring mask-to-face. "You....have made me very angry boy" he said coldly, never deterring from his calm voice.
