Condensed together and enfused with a great deal of chakra. When the ball slams down against the ground, it creates a widespread blast of flames. This technique can be used with any amount of chakra, the radius will always be a total of 25 feet. Can cause 2nd degree burns
Katon • Kasai Sanshuhouuo no Jutsu [Fire Release • Fire Salamander] - A technique utilizing Double Fire Chakra, Difuse, and Focus - Handseals: Tiger, Hare, Dog, Tiger - Rank: B - Effect: A skill in which generates alot of flame, creating a large salamander approximately three feet tall and eight feel in length. This Salamander can be commanded by the user to rush off and attack the opponent, and will track the opponent as best it can. The intelligence of the entity of flame however is not very high, but when taking 50 dmg or more, it explodes. Even more damage when exploding.

Gathering chakra within their hands, the user imbues it with the fire element and rush towards the opponent. With this skill, the tangible clone of flame acts freely and upon its own will. It will attack the opponent as best it can, trying to prompt the opponent to attack it from close range. When the clone is struck, its body turns into its true form being a mass of flame. First performing the handseals and running away from the opponent. Prompting them to rush and catch you as you are running. During that time, as the user runs the chakra from their feet transforms into an ashy and very flamable substance. Katon • Gouka Dakatsu no Jutsu [Fire Release • Hell Fire Serpent Skill] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Materialization, and Double Focus - Handseals: Dog, Ram, Tiger, DOg - Rank: B - Effect: A skill which is known as one of the most diffucult fire based ninjutsu to learn. The user releases forth a flame from their mouth, as it materializes into a veyr large snake type shape. The snake has a three foot diamater and is twenty feet long, and rushes at the opponent. The key danger factor of this jutsu is that, the user can change the direction of the attack at their discretion essentially making it a homing type jutsu Can change direction.
Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release • Grand Fireball Skill] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Infuse, and Burst - Hand Seals: Ram, Tiger, Horse - Rank: C - Effect: A skill that was first coined by the Uchiha Clan, now overtime has been found in the hands by various individuals. This jutsu gathering chakra expanding the chest and refining it to a higher level of chakra. Bringing the hand forth and breathing out that chakra, in which is blow out through the hand. Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release • Dragon Fire Skill] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Condense, and Infuse - Hand Seals: Horse, Boar, Tiger - Rank: C - Effect: A skill that was first coined by the Uchiha Clan, now overtime has been found in the hands by various individuals. This jutsu gathering chakra through the neck and the mouth, sends off a powerful and constant stream of flame from the mouth. This stream having alot of brute force behind it capable of blowing back the opponent to slam into their surroundings. This jutsu is made even more effective when guided somehow, either following a specific path or a metal string causes first degree burns, and even more damage when used with a string.
Katon • Ho no Tate [Fire Release • Fire Shield] - An technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Shield, and Condense - Handseals: Tiger, Boar, Rat - Rank: C - Effect: A skill that is normally used when the opponent is rushing in for a taijutsu attack. Gathering fire chakra into the air and condensing it upon the ground. As the opponent goes to strike, a flaming wall will appear before the user. This jutsu is effective at blocking taijutsu attacks, and will end up burning the opponents hand in the process. Metal Projectiles though easily pass through this.
Katon • Ho Heki No Jutsu [Fire Release • Fire Burst] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, and Double Burst - Handseals: Dragon, Tiger, Dragon - Rank: C - Effect: A skill in which the user generally charges their fire chakra into the ground. Waiting for the oppurtune moment, to activate the jutsu when the opponent is either near the designated spot, or on the designated spot. The chakra within the ground activates, as it releases a powerful burst of flame from the ground which can send the opponent flying upwards.
Katon • Gouka Senpuu no Jutsu [Fire Release • Hellfire Whirlwind Skill] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Spin, and Focus - Handseals: Tiger, Dog, Boar - Rank: C - Effect: A skill which can be used in order to protect the user. Gathering their chakra into the air and having it spin around them, a flaming whirlwind emerges around the user forming somewhat of a protective barrier. Normally it is used to deter the opponent fromm continueing their taijutsu attack, but can be used offensively to send an opponent whom prefers close range a good distance away because of its spinning force.
Katon • Horou no Jutsu [Fire Release • Fire Prison] - A technique utilizing Fire Chakra, Materialization, and Focus - Handseals: Dog, Ram, Tiger - Rank: C - Effect: A skill in which generates a circular flame upon the ground, raising up bars of flame and a covering over top. This intense flame heats all within it, preventing water from being created from the inside with the dryness of the air. Touching the sides results in various burns, and while this jutsu is used it can be linked to any other fire jutsu and the jutsu will be fired at the person inside the prison. This prison jutsu is self sustaining

The chakra quickly flowing through the water, causes more then fifty percent of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Skill] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra - Hand Seals: Serpent - Rank: D - Effect: A skill where the user channels their chakra into the air, creating a thick mist around the entire area they are fighting within. Suiton • Hachi Shokushu [Water Release • Eight Tentacles] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra and Materialize - Handseals: Serpent - Rank: D - Effect: A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octupus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. This is a jutsu in which you need one hundred percent chakra control in order to learn. Suiton • Mizu Baito [Water Release • Water Pirahna] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra and Materialize - Handseals: Ram - Rank: D - Effect: A skill which is used to summon forth a fierce minion. Normally best used when there is alot of water around, or when the opponent is within the water. Pirahna that are created from the water then rush towards the opponent, seeking out the opponent by an open blood wound. These pirahna last for a certain amount of turns, but constantly try to bite at the opponent Each one stays out for two of the users post, Dmg increased per bite
Suiton • Mizu Taman no Jutsu [Water Release • Water Ball] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra and Orb - Handseals: Rat, Serpent - Rank: D - Effect: A skill here the user causes water to come together and create a ball of water. The water ball has no real force behind it, however it has but one special purpose. When striking against the opponent, it releases this incredible veil of water blinding the opponent for a full turn.
Suiton • Mizu Yoroi no Jutsu [Water Release • Water Armor Skill] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra, Condense, and Materialize - Handseals: Ram, Boar, Serpent - Rank: C - Effect: A skill where the user cause water to appear and cover their entire body with a layer from water. This jutsu does not protect from taijutsu, however its capable of negating one fire jutsu that is of lower level, and if its of a higher level it will reduce the damage by 1/2
Suiton • Shokushu Rendan Kyouran [Water Release • Tentacle Barrage Fury] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra, Materialize, and Focus - Handseals: Serpent, Ram, Dog - Rank: C - Effect: A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack Dmg multiplied per tentacle that hits.
Suiton • Mizu Oni Kuike [Water Release • Water Demon's Appetite] - A technique utilizing Water Chakra, Materialize, and Focus - Handseals: Dog, Ram, Serpent - Rank: C - Effect: A skill which utilizing the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Skill) - A technique utilizing Water Chakra and high level Difuse - Hand Seals: Bird, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Bird, Tiger. - Rank: B - Effect: A technique which creates clones composed of water. These water clones have one tenth of the users stats and will disperse back into water after receiving a hit. Gathering their chakra into their body, the user spews forth a great mass of water from their mouth. This water, lays upon the ground for a few moments. The dragon that is summoned has a fourth all of all yours stats, has only one fourth of your stamina and half of your chakra. Soushuuha - Manipulate Advancing Blades Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually. Limit: None
Soushouryuu - Twin Rising Dragons Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon’s experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again. Limit: None
Soufuusha Sannotachi - Windmill Triple Blade Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Supplementary Modifier Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: Using careful manipulation and well-timed reflexes, the user hurls a number of Shuriken with wire attached at the opponent. While in the air, the shinobi can manipulate the wire to make the blades circle the target and bind them.
Satsujin Konmei no Karasu - Murder of Crows Confusion Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Supplementary Per Turn Range: Any Description: Calling upon a swarm of crows, they will fly around the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more easily. Also the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke. Limit: None

After forming the needed hand seals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards the opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. Hyourou no Jutsu - Ice Prison Technique Art: Ninjutsu Rank: C Type: Defense + Supplementary Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m) Chakra: 45 Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at a foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around the target and imprison them. Makyou Hyoushou - Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors Art: Ninjutsu Rank: B Type: Supplementary Per Turn Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m) Chakra: 50 Per Turn Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. The user then places themselves inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, the user can then use the mirror reflections to confuse the target. Utilizing the reflections, they can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. To attack, they must exit the mirror but can re-enter at any time. Limit: Hyouton Element.
Sensatsu Suishou - Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles Art: Ninjutsu Rank: B Type: Attack Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m) Chakra: 100 Description: Using the appropriate hand seals, the user will cause water to rise into the air and take the form of a thousand needles. Also, this jutsu can be used while fleeing from targets who it is important not to injure. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Gufuu no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Tornado Skill") User creates a small tornado in front of themselves and sends in to engulf their opponent(s). The tornado does no real damage other than disorient the enemy and make movement difficult, possibly even unbalancing or knocking them down. The attack only lasts for a few seconds, allowing enough time to set up for another attack. [D-Rank]

Fuuton: Ichijin no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Gust of Wind Technique") Summons up a strong gust of wind. Blows away people, projectiles, and nearly anything else weighing less than 200 pounds that isnt bolted down. Fuuton: Kaze Nankan no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Wind Barrier") Through gaining an understanding of how chakra may be used to affect or create wind, the user of this technique develops a method to counteract the process. This technique creates a personal barrier around the user, causing chakra-affected wind that comes into contact with it to disperse. It will completely protect the user from wind techniques of an equal level or lower to the barrier used, while techniques of a higher rank will only have their effects reduced. This technique requires a constant flow of chakra to maintain, and higher ranks increase proportionally in cost. [D - A Rank, user must specialize in wind ninjutsu]
Fuuton: Kaze no Peretto ("Wind Element: Wind Pellets") The user forcefully blows out (think the way you spit out watermelon seeds) tiny wind pellets (as in the size of watermelon seeds) from their mouth. Due to their size and sheer invisibility as wind, they are impossible to block. This is usually more effective as a distraction jutsu than a damaging one. Nevertheless, the damage that the wind pellets cause range from mild bruises (variable depending on how many pellets have hit the opponent) to light scratches. (Note: No spitting in the eye, okay?) Fuuton: Kaze Oogama ("Wind Element: Wind Scythe") The user focuses chakra into their hands, creating focused blades of wind about 1 foot long each. The wind has no color, but can still be seen because of its distorted, wavy appearance. The blades can be thrown or used as melee weapons. The blades cut like a dulled sword would, and disappear after they make contact with anything. Up to two blades can be created with this technique though the chakra cost doubles. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Kotton Kaze Sui-Pu no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Cotton Wind Sweep Technique") The ninja fan-wielder, when falling from a great height, swings their fan downward, blowing a gust of wind. The wind rebounds from the ground, rising back up at the ninja who can then stand or sit on their fan and ride the air wave gently to the ground. The timing must be reasonably well-executed. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Ni Hochi no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Two Star Technique") A jutsu specific to fan-wielding Wind ninja. Ninja fans are usually marked with three symbols, "stars," across their face. The ninja unfurls the fan to reveal two stars in this technique, and swings the fan with chakra accumulated at the tip. The result is a substantial gust that can blow back projectiles, throw a ninja back several yards, and cause minor gashes throughout the objects in its path. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Sarutobi no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Flying Monkey Technique") Through the use of this technique, the user is capable of jumping phenomenal heights. The user first channels chakra under their feet, compresses it, and then causes it to explode upward as they jump, easily sending them 20-30 feet into the air with minimal chakra expenditure. Also, while falling or jumping, the user can also use this technique in order to have the same effect, making it seem as if they are jumping off the very air itself. There is no limit to the additional distance which can be covered; it is only limited by the amount of chakra the user puts into it. However, it shouldnt ever be forgotten that though the height is unlimited, anyone who jumps 200 feet into the air, ninja or not, is definitely going to feel it when they land. On the other hand, a more chakra intensive use of this technique allows the user to use the sudden gust upward from the ground to slow fall to the point of not receiving any damage. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Tatsumaki no Nageya ("Wind Element: Tornado Dart") The user performs several hand seals, the last being the bird, then aims at an opponent. A small horizontal whirlwind begins to swirl in the users hands, then shoots out in the direction the user is pointing their hands in the form of hazy, visible ripples in the air. It takes about two seconds to form a dart. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Tobi Kunai ("Wind Element: Flying Kunai") Through the use of this technique, the user pumps chakra into a projectile. The result is highly reduced wind-friction as the weapon travels to the target, allowing the user to throw the weapon much farther than normal. [D-Rank]
Fuuton: Uchiwa Choppu no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Fan Chop Technique") A useful jutsu for a fan-user in a tight spot. The ninja opens their fan about a quarter of its breadth, and quickly snaps it shut. The result is a small burst of wind that can knock a person back. The technique's range is limited to about ten to twenty feet from the fan's tip, depending on how wide it is opened. [D-Rank]

Fuuton: Asshuku Bakuha ("Wind Element: Pressure Blast") By using this jutsu, the shinobi first greatly increases the air pressure in an area in front of them using both hands and then releases it. The resultant wind blows away anything directly in front of the shinobi. Even a thick log cannot stand against the wind that blows. The spell deals no direct damage, but the effect of the technique is absolute. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Daitoppa ("Wind Element: Great Breakthrough") Fuuton Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, the ninja will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. Fuuton: Fuusajin ("Wind Element: Dust Wind") Using a fan, the ninja will blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. Fuuton: Gifuuganen ("Wind Element: Tornado Barrier") A ninja violently punches downward, only a few inches above the ground, creating a whirlwind blast surrounding his body. If any close range attack were to be near him, that opponent would be caught off guard and in surprise, prone to an attack. If a weak tai-jutsu user were to attack, that opponent may be spun widely and easily tossed backwards. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Gufuu Shougekiha ("Wind Element: Tornado Shockwave") By focusing chakra, user is able to expand the air pressure around his/her punches and kicks. Taijutsu strikes will unleash a blast of wind upon impact. The strongest of ninja can send an opponent flying backwards from a gust of wind. [C-Rank]

Fuuton: Kuuki Bakuhatsu ("Wind Element: Air Explosion") Makes a compact ball of air in the user's hand to be thrown and exploded in the desired location. This jutsu deals little damage, and was created to deflect things like arrows, shuriken, kunai and weak offensive jutsu. Since it can be used against all kinds of attacks, it is considered a useful beginners' technique. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Oshigyou no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Pressure Strike") AKA Dou Ryu Sen. The user swings their weapon, allowing for just the tip to scrape across the ground as pressure and wind from the weapon's strike is transferred into the ground. Instantly it is almost like and explosion as the dirt, debris, and anything lying on the ground before them is uplifted in a direction explosion toward the target. Has the capability to be used for either offensive or defensive purposes during battle. (Note: Needs a bladed weapon or something like a naginata.) [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Renku Dan ("Wind Element: Compressed Air Ball") The user gathers as much air in his lungs as possible and mixes it with chakra, making it almost into a liquid of sorts. When the chakra is gathered, the user violently expels the chakra compressed ball of air at a target. The ball is capable of badly injuring the primary target. Almost everyone and everything else within 20 feet of the initial impact is blown away by a massive, sudden gust of wind. A much larger area is affected as if by a very strong wind, easily blowing around small or light objects. The gust lasts for about four seconds before subsiding. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: San Hoshi no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Three Star Technique") A jutsu specific to fan-wielding Wind ninja. Ninja fans are usually marked with three symbols, "stars," across their face. The ninja unfurls the fan to reveal all three stars in this technique, and swings the fan with chakra accumulated at the tip. The result is a significant wind storm that can uproot trees and rocks, and causes numerous cutting wounds across its targets. (Note: fan required.) [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Settou no Kokyuu ("Wind Element: Breath Stealing") This technique affects a single target, forming an area of low pressure around him. To cast the technique, the ninja must focus wind chakra in his hand and then touch the victim. The effect is invisible and will work until kaied out. The victim will suffer the effects similar to being very high in the mountains; the air he inhales is very thin and doesn’t provide enough oxygen. If engaged in anything that requires effort, such as a fight, the victim will tire very quickly, allowing the user to take advantage of her weakened state. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Shindou Bakuha ("Wind Element: Oscillation Blast") A jutsu which shoots out a ball of super compressed wind and sound at a target which self-destructs upon contact. The explosion sends high-speed vibrations through the target, attempting to crack it apart. The jutsu is like a small, concentrated earthquake centered against what it hit. Since the effects of the jutsu do not spread out, it is a useful skill for opening holes in ceilings and walls. It is also very useful against armors or solid barriers, but not so much against softer targets. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Shuriken Kamaitachi no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Throwing Star Sickling Winds Technique") The user pumps chakra into an unfolded fuuma shuriken that is held spinning in front of them. The technique will create winds of very high speeds that can cut deep into flesh and through bones. This technique is very draining on the user. [C-Rank]
Fuuton: Uchiwa Kaze Tate no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Fan Wind Shield Technique") Specific to ninja using a large ninja fan. The user points the fan in the direction of an incoming projectile, technique, or person, and after concentrating chakra to the tip of the fan, spreads it open wide and rotates it quickly in their hands. A spiral of wind whirlpools vertically from the center of the fan's tip into a wide circumference, creating a nifty shield of wind that will throw anything that comes into contact with it in another direction. Fuuton: Kurokaze ("Wind Element: Evil Wind") To perform this technique, a ninja forms the handseals, then takes a large shuriken and sets it spinning. As the shuriken is thrown, the technique will form a whirlwind around it. The whirlwind is about two metres wide and moves at the speed of the thrown shuriken. Any enemy caught by the whirlwind will be sent spinning and raked several times against the rotating shuriken blade. [B-Rank]
Fuuton: Kattingu Uchiwa Ejji no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Cutting Fan Edge Technique") A fast jutsu used by the wielder of a giant ninja fan. The ninja fan's main weakness is that, due to its weight, it can be difficult if not impossible to deal with a close opponent. With Kattingu Uchiwa Ejji no Jutsu, the user focuses sharp, cutting chakra around the fan's edge. This adds speed if the fan is swung sideways like a blade, and will easily slash deep wounds into an approaching opponent. Spinning on the axis of their foot, the user can repeat the attack numerous times, damaging the opponent enough that the fan wielder can escape to a farther distance. (Note: fan required.) [B-Rank]
Fuuton: Dai Kamaitachi ("Wind Element: Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique") Named after a mythical creature, the ninja uses a fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. (Note: fan required.) [B-Rank]
Fuuton: Fuudou no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Wind Tunnel Technique") Creates a frictionless tunnel 5 feet wide and 8 feet high that doubles the movement/speed of anything that enters it. The tunnel is a designated path that can zig-zag however the user specifies. Only the user can see the tunnel. [B-Rank]
Fuuton: Kaze Kangoku ("Wind Element: Wind Prison") Using the air around the target, the user will use it to restrain their opponents movement even to the point of completely stopping them in their tracks. The user uses their chakra in order to condense the air around their target, in a way solidifying the air around them in order to hinder or stop their movement. [B-Rank]
Fuuton: Atsugai ("Wind Element: Pressure Damage") A wind type attack useful at all ranges. The Atsugai is initiated by the user first forming the necessary string of handseals, ending with bird, should the shinobi use the jutsu through a weapon or the ram seal, should the shinobi be weaponless (NOTE: Advanced ninja only). After forming the seals, the ninja inhales, their chest comically expanding as they inhale. They then exhale violently through their mouth. The ensuing result is an extremely dense and high pressured tornado which literally blows away everything in its path. [B-Rank]

Fuuton: Kaze Bakuhatsu no Jutsu ("Wind Element: Wind Explosion Skill") The user grips his right wrist with his left hand, then curling his fingers up slightly a softball size cylinder of wind/air can be seen forming in his palm as he pumps chakra into the attack. Then the user thrust the attack toward the target causing a tornado that is turned on its side to be forced toward them, growing larger and larger as it approaches impact. Kunai, shuriken, and other weapons can/may be placed inside to cause added damage during the attack. (Note: Similar to Grand Waterfall) [A-Rank]
Fuuton: Neji Bofuutama ("Wind Element: Twisting Windstorm Ball") This jutsu grants the ability to fly by creating a spinning shield of wind around the user. The user can carry other people, but since the speed, diameter, and the maximum weight that can be carried all depend on the user's skill, more weight means less speed. Unlike other similar jutsu, this jutsu is harder to control, and requires a lot of concentration, so other jutsu can not be used at the same time. The user can continue flying as long as he or she concentrates and has chakra. They can end the jutsu by simply breaking concentration. The shield of wind also serves as a defensive shield. The shield can also protect the user from all standard projectiles, but not strong jutsu. [A-Rank]
Fuuton: Renkuudan ("Wind Type: Steroid Blanks") A wind type ninjutsu technique infamous for use by Shukaku. The user collects chakra in his fist, summoning wind in a blank round, and then pounds it into his stomach, directing the chakra through his stomach and out of his mouth as a powerful blast of swirling wind embedded with incredible amounts of chakra that can clear whole stretches of forestry. (Note: large chakra capacity required.) [A-Rank]
Fuuton: Kaze no Yaiba ("Wind Element: Blade of Wind") This jutsu creates a blade out of wind. Being wind, it is nearly invisible apart from a slight rippling in the air, and impossible to block. The user can create several, but it is very draining. Unlike the Blades of Wind Strike, this jutsu requires no weapon. [A-Rank]

The storm is comparable to a low-category hurricane with strong winds, and even rain, which can damage the surrounding area. The user is situated in the eye of the storm, where they are safe from its effects. The most powerful users can rack up a powerful storm that can even tear villages apart. [A-Rank] Background Information:Background:Mugen was born in the small land of yukigakure.He was abandoned at birth,left as a infent on the door step of an orphanige in the land of snow.He was raised there until he was five.He was then placed into an adopted family.They cared for him as if he was their own.he did not accept their last name though,he made a name for himself.He chose the name shikyo for himself.He was raised with two older brothers and one older sister.He had two dogs and a white cat.Mugen was raised to be taugt kendo.He was trained in the sword arts,because his fathers,father saw some potential in him.He was taken from the home for two years to be taught the aspects of kendo.The day he turned seven,he was returned to his family.They held a celebration for his return from training.He was surprised when they asked him if he wanted to enroll in the shinobi academy in the land of snow.He was excited about this question and gladly accepted it.He began his new life at the shinobi school in yukigakure.He Took genin rank at the age of 8.Graduating two years early didn't seem weird to him.He thought it was normal.When he was assigned to his squad he was treated like the baby brother.Everyone always looked out for him.He didn't like being their dead weight.On the final mission one of his team mates was injured.Mugen saw his chance to help.He caried her all the way back to the village.After passing the chunin exam at the age of 13 he was placed over his own squad of genin for small missions.Unfortunantly they were ambushed by a group of high ranking ninja.They used genjutsu on him that put him in the hospital for mental trama.They had put pictures of when he was first put in the orphanige.He saw his mother leaving him there.Her crying as she left,and promising to find him one day.His lower lip trembled as tears rolled down his face.He reached his hands up to the sky as if he was wanting her to hold him.After all he was only thirteen he would have some attachment to his mother.Even though he didn't know her.After he got out,he decided to let his grow out till it reached the top part of his back below his shoulders.He let the sides of his hair lay on his shoulders and the bangs parted to his left eye.He was then put back in basic training to get back his skills.He was then put back in his squad.They were assigned to many missions until Mugen was put in the anbu black ops.He then got his body tattoo'd.A large part of it mind you.After passing his jounin exams he was placed in the guard to protect the Yukikage.After that he got his lip pierced. It takes a great bit of chakra per post to use this jutsu, but one gains an advantage of being able to walk on water and on walls/trees - Handseals: Ox, Monkey, Dragon, Hare, Tiger - Rank: B - Drain: 125% Chakra per post - Effect: A power that can really give one the edge in battle, as it causes the opponent to be unable to mould their chakra for things such as water walking
Paranoia - A psychological genjutsu that was developed by the tortures of Iwagakure, but it was soon stolen and dispersed its way towards all of the other villages. It is a rather simple genjutsu as it is a cousin to the hidden leaf illusion. It makes the opponents feel angry with each other liable to snap at each other for the smallest of things. The overall effect is to break down an opposing team’s teamwork making them easier prey for the user. - Handseals: Monkey, Hare, Boar, Tiger, Horse - Rank: B - Drains: 115% Chakra perpost - Effect: A technique that is best used against a team of opposing shinobi, making them break down their aspects of teamwork and eventually pitting them against one another. So that the user can use this oppurtunity to try and kill them much easier.
Changing Landscape - A genjutsu that has seen widespread use amongst everyone of the great villages and lesser villages to alter things to there advantage. The user forms several hand seals, and then to the perception to the opponent the landscape has changed. It is up to the user imagination how they wish to alter the battle field. It has been said that this genjutsu is the bigger brother to the Demonic Illusion • False Surroundings Skill [Magen • Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu]. - Handseals: Tiger, Ox, Dragon, Serpent - Rank: B+ - Drains: 165% Chakra per turn - Effect: A technique which truly can help out the opponent that uses it, having the opponent believe there are parts to the battlefield that do not exist. Allowing the user to manipulate the scenario to how they please.
Maze - A genjutsu that when a certain amount of hand seals are formed allows one to place the opponents mind within an opponents mind. It makes the opponent believe that the user has performed some sort of summoning or ninjutsu that has erected a maze about them. They can not mold chakra within the maze, and it takes a certain amount of time for them to get out of the maze because it is so fatiguing to the user they can not do anything else except maintain the illusion, when the opponent does come out of it they are severely mentally fatigued. - Handseals: Serpent [Hold] - Rank: A - Drains: 175% chakra per post - Effect: A technique that causes an opponent to continue to travel through this maze, looking for a way out in order to try and find a method of escape. However, it is only used to try and drain the opponent heavily of their stamina. The opponent loses 263 stamina per turn when wandering through the maze.
Five Times in One - A genjutsu that was developed within the confines of Konohgakure by a rather famous genjutsu master. The genjutsu acquired its name from the abilitity to make the opponent think that a hit scored on him was not one hit but five. It may not seem like a whole bunch, but it can add up if the user uses a ninjutsu or a weapon of some sort. - Handseals: Ram, Monkey, Ox, Boar, Ram, Serpent, Dragon, Tiger, Ox - Rank: A - Drains: 250% Chakra - Effect: Makes the opponent feel as if they have received damage from an attack that is five times stronger. Causing them to feel an intense pain from it, which can hinder battling abilities.
Sin of Lust - A psychological genjutsu. The person is overcome with the urge to have excitement within any form they want weather it is a desire to sexual in nature or a want to experience pain. They want that particular sensation, and they will go to any means to achieve it even if it means forsaking a battle to do so. - Handseals: Dragon, Ox, Serpent, Tiger, Boar, Ox - Rank: A - Drain: 300% Chakra per post - Effect: A technique which can make the opponent pretty much forsake the battle in order to fufill a particular desire. However, this can turn on the user if their desire it to inflict pain upon another person.
Sin of Envy - A psychological genjutsu. The opponent is overwhelmed with envy at something completely random that the user can do. They become infuriated as the battle goes on eventually overcoming any sort of rationality in battle as they seek to bring the user down. - Handseals: Hare, Horse, Ram, Dragon, Serpent, Ox - Rank: A - Drain: 175% Chakra Per turn - Effect: A technique that makes the opponent concentrate almost solely on a completely random thing that the user can do. Making them envious, and having it harder for them to gather up the ability to concentrate. Making it harder to use actual taijutsu, taijutsu styles, or charge up chakra for much more powerful ninjutsu.
Sin of Wrath - A psychological genjutsu. A quite simple genjutsu really though what it manages to accomplish is truly astounding. The opponent is overcome with a blinding rage towards a person only wanting to accomplish one thing in killing the user, but the benefit of this is that they slip into a mindless rage. - Handseals: Rooster, Boar, Tiger, Serpent, Monkey, Hare, - Rank: A - Drain: 250% per post - Effect: A technique which drives the opponent into a powerful madness, making them want nothing more then to kill the user. When this happens, they really rely on brute strength and will barely use ninjutsu or any type of jutsu. However, with the increase in their rage it will increase the opponents stats by 60
Sin of Pride - A psychological genjutsu that is of great use against an opponent. The user forms several seals before the genjutsu is activated. The opponent then sees all time stop around them as a god of whatever denomination either that person believes in or the user chooses appears before them and touches there head after that they are brought back fully into the battle. They then immediately ascertain that they are chosen by them, and have been suffused with extreme skill in battle boosting their sense of pride too newfound heights. They are in actuality performing poorly making many mistakes and leaving holes in their guard that a person can exploit. - Handseals: Rooster, Ox, Dragon, Boar, Hare, Rooster, Serpent - Rank: A - Drain: 300% Chakra Per post - Effect: A technique in which, will severely hamper their opponents abilities. It will make every second handseal they make incorrect having a harder time for them to use jutsu. It will make them waste an extr 50% chakra on whatever they do, and will waste an extra 25% stamina when utilizing taijutsu of all kinds.Name: Demonic Illusions: Mangekyo Insight Rank:A+ Rank Effect: A very strong genjutsu it can be cast in many versatile ways. Description: Suddenly darkness envelops the enemy when suddenly flames start burning all around him and from above a huge fiery mangekyo eye comes down smashing the enemy. For weak genins and below it will lead to permanent insanity while to stronger opponents it would stun them and put fear till the end of the battle.
You can cast in many versatile ways, eyes, finger, straight at the head like a normal genjutsu.

Demonic Illusion · Vision of Hell Skill [Magen · Narakumi no Jutsu] - An illusion where leaves swirl around the opponent, after bursting open revealing a very traumatic scene. Causing the opponent to become frantic and filled with sorrow. - Handseals: Serpent - Rank: E - Effect: A genjutsu upon revealing a traumatic scene if they are of low mental fortitude and strength then will fall subject to becoming frantic. Making their next taijutsu attack ineffective
Hidden Leaf Illusion [Hitoshirezu Konoha Meimu No Jutsu] - A genjutsu that places the opponents within a field of trees, as leaves continue to fall all around them. Making the opponent feel lost within the current area they are in. Providing a chance for an ambush attack - Handseals: Horse - Rank: E - Effect: A genjutsu that effects the outlook of the scenario. The genjutsu can hide the opponent as they will be unable to see through these trees. The real user of this genjutsu however can use this effect to their advantage.
Illusion of Endless Grass [Meimu Eiei Gurasu] - A gejutsu that traps the opponent in a field of endless grass. Having this grass grow over them, giving them a lost feeling. Very similar to the Hidden Leaf Illusion - Handseals: Ox - Rank: E - Effect: A genjutsu that effects the outlook of the scenario. The genjutsu will end up causing themselves not be seen unless they are in extreme close range to that person.
Blurry Vision - A genjutsu that any genin should learn. The user quickly forms two hand seals which initiates the genjutsu, and the simple effect it does is make an opponent’s vision blurry enough to where it is difficult for them to discern anything. There vision has gone drunk. - Handseals: Hare, Tiger - Rank: D - Effect: With this, the opponent will have a harder time considering how to dodge an attack from projectiles and even attacks from the opponent. Presenting a weakpoint to exploit.
Tall Shadow Skill [Konto Anei no Jutsu] - An illusion the shadow is made to look like it doesn't move as they move around. Making the opponent feel as if they are bound to where they stand - Handseals: Ox, Hare - Rank: D - Effect: The effect of this genjutsu simply is to make the opponent feel like they are not moving, even if they are truly moving. They are not bound to anything, and can freely move. This is a genjutsu that effects the sense of touch for the most part.
Limbless Foe Skill [Iiya Eda Kataki no Jutsu] - An illusion where the opponent sees a discoloration of their skin, even to the point where their limbs fall off. Tricking them into no longer relying on the use of their limbs - Rank: C - Handseals: Boar, Ox, Bird, Horse - Effect: The effects of this genjutsu, is to trick the user to feel as if their arms have actually fallen off. In the idea that they can no longer rely on their limbs, they will not use handseals or use them for attack. If they can understand that this is a genjutsu, they can force themselves to use their hands for various purposes.
Happy Smoke - A visual and mood changing genjutsu. The user forms a few simple seals before he exhales smoke from his mouth which engulfs the opponent forcing them to inhale it. They are then overcome with a giddy sensation similar to the effects of laughing gas exception on a much stronger basis. - Handseals: Rooster - Rank: D - Effect; The effects of this genjutsu will normally change the attitude of an opponent to loosen from a state of range. Even cause them to become loopy and have a harder time concentrating upon attacking. Techniques that require a large amount of focus are disrupted heavily
Unknown Fear Skill [Shiranai Ojike no Jutsu] - An illusion that casts fear upon the opponent, making the opponent afraid of the user. This generate a sense of fear in the opponent, making them doubt their own skills - Handseals: Dragon, Tiger, Ox, Boar - Rank: D - Effect: The effect of this genjutsu mainly is to get the opponent to try and make a mistake. Instead of relying on offensive manuever, with this fear they will tend to be more defensive and may even try to get themselves to run away from the scenario.
Multiplication Skill [Kakezan no Jutsu] - An illusion that makes the opponent believe that inanimate objects seem to be multiplying at an incredible rate. Making an increased amount of fake projectiles while masking the real projectiles within the mix. - Handseals: Hare, Hare, Rooster, Hare, Hare - Rank: D - Effect: A simple effect, where multiple items are made as a visual genjutsu. Having the opponent trying to escape the large flurry of attacks when there is only one true item attacking them. Perhaps trying to cause them to use a ninjutsu in order to deflect all these items.
False Nightmare Skill [Heki Akumu no Jutsu] - An illussion where the opponents worst nightmare comes to them. It makes the opponent distraught and devoid of rational thought in the presence of such an item - Handseals: Monkey, Ox, Hare, Rooster - Rank: D
Vines of Deception [Sakujou Kibou No Jutsu] - A genjutsu where vines arise from the ground and wrap around the opponent and squeeze them. Making the user feel like there are vines that came up around them and are binding them to a specific area - Handseals: Tiger, Ram, Rooster, Dragon - Rank: C - Drain: 25% chakra per post - Effect: A very simple jutsu that is related to Kanashibari type genjutsu. Making them feel as if it takes more effort in order to move their limbs, halting their movement slightly. Increases the strain of taijutsu by 5%
Body Freeze - A genjutsu, that makes a feeling of an intense cold passing over their body, causing a freezing sensation as if their body was being effected by 1st degree frostbite. - Handseals: Dragon, Serpent, Ram, Dog - Rank: C - Effect: Along with making the opponents entire body feel like it is being subjected to 1st degree frostbite, it will hamper their movements slightly in their attacks. Making them less fluid-like and concentrated, making it harder to use taijutsu styles.
Flare - A genjutsu that is relatively simple to use. The user performs two hand seals before the opponent experiences a bright flash of light that blinds them temporarly. Blindness lasts for two posts. - Handseals: Monkey, Hare, Horse, Dragon - Rank: C - Effect: Causing an intense blinding light, this genjutsu is simply a powerful blinding visual genjutsu. Turn Around - A a genjutsu that can create an opening for a person too attack. The user performs three hand seals, then the opponent without even knowing it has turned around a complete 180 degrees! It is a great genjutsu to use to disrupt an attack or launch one of your own. (Can only be used twice in a thread before it becomes obsolete.) - Handseals: Tiger, Boar, Rooster, Ox, Ram - Rank: B - Effect: A strange genjutsu, that literally forces the body to shift around 180 degrees, allowing to disrupt attacks and bringing openings for attacks
False Summons - A genjutsu that is simple yet effective. The user performs the same series of hand seals as for the summoning skill even replicating the blood that is needed for it. The difference between the two of them is that one of them is the real deal while the other one isn’t. This genjutsu can replicate any animal up to boss level. - Handseals: Ram, Serpent, Rooster, Boar - Rank: B - Effect: A powerful genjutsu that is more then visual. It also effects the sense of touch, as even if they attack the genjutsu they feel as if they actually hit something. And feel as if they actually get hit, but feel no drain to stamina

If they are unable to make a clean strike, they will strike anyway as a feint, to draw the target’s attention and defense to one area. They can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the shinobi will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. *Note: Typically, the use of Kage Buyou would be required prior to trying this maneuver; however, it can be done in any situation where the opponent is aerial.

Clone Skill • [Bunshin no Jutsu] - A basic technique which creates afterimages of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking and disappear if directly hit. Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill • [Kakuremino no Jutsu] - A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background. - Hand Seals: None - Requirements: Cloak of Invisibility - Effects: Allowes you to dissappear from sight. (Lasts for one turn in combat.)
Rope Untying Skill • [Nawanuke no Jutsu] - A basic skill used to escape from a rope binding. - Hand Seals: None - Effects: Allowes you to untie a rope with great ease.
Transformation Skill • [Henge no Jutsu] - A technique which physically changes an individual into another person or thing. The user gains any physical attributes of the person or animal they transform into, such as claws or height. - Hand Seals: Tiger, Monkey, Serpent - Effects: Allowes the user to take on the appearance and characteristics of an object, person, or surrounding in order to trick an opponent. -12% Chakra

Suiki Shunshin no Jutsu - [Vapour Instantaneous Body Skill]- Hidden Vapour village - A technique which allows the user to transport through whisps of vapour. - Hand Seals: Hare - Learned in Academy. - Effect: Drains 15% Chakra.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: Kage Bunshin is a forbidden technique, that has been a controversary for many years. The Kage Bunshin aka the Shadow Clone, is a clone of the user that is a true clone of the user. That can attack and think on its own, while having the same amount of chakra available as the user, and having the same stats. However, when directly struck the clone will merely burst into smoke. Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu Bakuretsu kage Bunshin, is yet another kinjutsu derived from its origina jutsu, kage bunshin no jutsu. its said to be a very powerful Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly. ( range for explosion reaching 10-15 ft) Rank: S
Tajuu Kage Bunshin: Tajuu Kage bunshin, is another forbidden technique, that has been a controversary for many years. This jutsu is even more powerful then the Kage Bunshin ability, because the Tajuuu Kage Bunshin literally means Multiple Shadow Clones. The user can create multiple shadow clones, using the same chakra needed to create just one Kage Bunshin. All of them being able to attack, and do the same things the user can. However when struck, they will burst into smoke. Rank: S
