is 5'4 and is very light in weight. She wears a leotard of two shades
of pink that comes up to reach just over her chest. Her shoes are like
the average open toe ninja footwear only it comes up to her thighs. She
wears her headband on her forehead and wears a small hat that hoists up
two bunny ears. Her form is very elegant and attractive and her hair is
a soft pink tied back into a high ponytail.

Personality: Bijou
is very flamboyant and bubbly on the outside, always bringing an air of
joy to spread and express to people. However, this is not how she
always feels. She does have her own secretive thoughts and motives and
always works to get what she wants. Her flirtatious side was born from
her want to connect with people. Otherwise she is very easily stressed
by insults, arguments and failure which if too consistent, will jerk
her to tears like a small child.

Description:
Bijou breaks into a spiritual dance chanting different hand signs.
Within the post she dances a huddle of clouds form and begin to
violently pour droplets of rain. The longer it rains the more violent
the storm becomes and the more support is given to her other aquatic
jutsu. Her attacks are boosted by an additional 25% effectiveness for
every turn it is raining. The rain lasts for a maximum of 8 posts.
After the fourth post her attacks have an additional 100% effectiveness
till the remaining four posts are up. The storm has the opposite effect
on Fire jutsu rendering those useless or hardly effective.
Weaknesses:
Electrical maneuvers on Bijou will cause the storm to disperse the
following post. It also consumes a lot of chakra given the terrain is
dry/lacking in enough moisture in the air.

Description:
Bijou's entire body is laminated in a layer of water with chakra
coursing through it. With it her taijutsu is automatically strengthened
to a practically inhuman force and her speed dramatically increases. It
is even more lethal when boosted by Rain Dance. The length of the jutsu
is 5 posts but can reach a maximum of 8 with Rain Dance in effect.
Weaknesses:
Because it is a layer of water laminating her body she is holding her
breath. This leaves her gasping for air the moment her jutsu ends and
prevents her from channeling chakra for a post.

Description:
Bijou's body takes on a dazzling glow of shades of pink and white
before she spins on one pointed foot, her other leg raised and folded
back. Razor like winds that appear to be pink from her rapid movement
come in repeated lashings sharp enough to rip through flesh. Bijou
herself appears to be a cyclone and holds within those winds anything
thrown at her which can be a potential threat or an advantage in the
power behind the attack. If she holds this jutsu for multiple turns the
blades of wind become more and more focused and loaded with chakra that
they grow in size and in sharpness allowing it to break through things
as thick as metal.
Weaknesses: The longer she holds this jutsu the
dizzier she becomes therefore decreasing her accuracy. This jutsu also
cannot withstand more than three A rank jutsu being absorbed into the
cyclone without it dispersing or backfiring on Bijou.

Description:
Upon a swift stomp to the ground with chakra to create an escape hole
or access to a tight space, Bijou concentrates a vacuum like force of
air that can squeeze her through any space that her foot can fit
through.
Weaknesses: She is very vulnerable to earth attacks that
cause deep friction beneath the earth or flooring, etc. which can cause
her further harm given she does not tunnel out before it collapses on
her.

Description:
Bijou sings in an enchanting voice speaking a foreign language
(Italian, Opera). Her wind chakra enhances her volume allowing it to
reach the ears within the perimeter of a football field and carries
heavy mists throughout. From the song all who hear first experience a
severe head ache but as it deepens, their body tenses and the mist that
had been entering the pours of the victims begin to explode on and in
them.
Weaknesses: Bijou enters an immobile state as she sings with
only a thin layer of chakra shielding her body from harm. She also has
no control over who hears it so may threaten her comrades.


Name: Bubaru Bombs

Description:
Bijou releases a stream of pink bubbles of various sizes. She can leave
them immobile and in place to be activated on their own from impact or
can manipulate their movement to direct it towards a target. The pop of
each bubble is like the explosion of three paper bombs.
Weakness: They can pop upon creation if the temperature is too high.

Description:
Thick pink bubbles are directed towards an enemy or left suspended in
midair attach themselves upon contact with the victim but do not pop
and render all caught limbs immobile. If more bubbles attach themselves
to the bubbles already attached to the victim, the bubbles holding the
individual put last longer. Naturally one bubble will last two posts
before popping. Bijou can also choose to pop them with her own chakra
causing a pain inflicting release on he who is captive.
Weakness: Bijou can be caught in her own bubbles.

Bijou presses her palm to a surface she chooses before excreting a
water like substance from her hand onto it. After setting however many
small marks of water she uses a series of hand signs before the traps
are set. Upon contact with another life form that has chakra, a thick
pink bubble will engulf the individual till it is popped with a jutsu B
rank or higher or till Bijou releases the jutsu.
Weakness: Hot
temperatures will shrink the bubble on the individual till it bursts
allowing for escape even though highly damaging on its captive.

Description:
The single form of the superior element of the user will shield the
individual from harm the moment he/she recognizes an incoming threat
like a reflexive defense. For Bijou it is a pink bubble.
Weaknesses: It can only perfectly shield against nin. and taijutsu moves up to rank C. All others only sever the total damage.

Description:
The Harra draws back his/her arm as if preparing to fire an arrow. As
soon as enough chakra is focused into the palm of the hand drawn back
the Harra releases the tips of his/her fingers and an arrow spirals
forward as if spat out from the palm of the hand. It radiates with the
energy from the superior element (water), and upon impact or a far enough
distance it explodes into a beautiful dome of light causing great
damage and destruction to a large area. It 85% of the time kills all
within the dome of the arrow otherwise leaving many injured and dead
but is hazardous to largely populated areas. An attack commonly used
during the war with Konoha.
Weaknesses: It is very chakra consuming and can only be used 5 times within a span of two weeks without killing the user.

Description:
This jutsu was only used to select the groom to wed the next daughter.
The user must take hair and blood from the bride to be and burns it
before using a series of hand signs. From that the potential mate is
marked where the child is tattooed at birth. The mark is never the same
but the bride will sense him when near.
Weaknesses: They do not know what he looks like.

Background Information:

Background:
Bijou loved to perform as a younger girl but when she entered the life
of a shinobi she used her dancing abilities to enhance her taijutsu.
Her parents are unknown for she was brought up in an orphanage but the
closest person to her she had met on her first squadron as a Genin was
a boy she believed was her fated mate. He had been her role model in
combat and in high spirits so after an incident she cannot remember due
to trauma (his terrible death), she opened up to people more than she
needed to in her own attempts to bring happiness and enjoy life as well
as become a more powerful kunoichi. Her new personality and talents
were achieved in hopes he would recognize her for she can not recall
who or what he looked like.
To have a better idea of when he might
be near she had executed the jutsu said to stamp her potential mate. So
far
she has not found any trace of him. Bijou performs for the five great
nations and will sometimes visit the more poor or minor countries to
raise spirits. She is more or less a celebrity in song and dance.

Sample: Bijou had a fistful of her own long pink locks dangling over a
small fire. Between her fingers dripped a thick red substance. With a
sad sigh she opened her bawled fist releasing the hair and blood into
the fire.

"Fates Favor...find him..." Bijou whispered with squinted eyes from the brightness of the flame before her.

As
soon as the hair and blood burned she drew her hands together in rapid
movement while focusing her chakrainto her fingertips.

"I'll find you, I know I will. Just wait for me."
